Performia Around the World

Performia is an International corporation specializing in developing tools and systems to enhance hiring. The company was founded by Mr. Marten Runow in 2001. Performia International Headquarters are currently located in Sodertalje, just outside of Stockholm, Sweden.

Performia's mission is to assist entrepreneurial companies as well as established corporations expand by hiring or recruiting verifiably productive personnel. The focus of Performia is to provide its clients with workable and affordable tools to accomplish this easier and faster.

Performia has developed a sophisticated Internet system, which currently supports over 3500 clients in 20 countries and their Hiring processes. The system handles everything from placing ads on the company's Homepage, receiving applications in a database, sending out tailor-made tests and interviews to locate the most suitable applicants, scheduling interviews to otherwise being able to communicate to applicants smoothly and effectively whilst maintaining perfect control. Naturally reports from all parts of the system can be easily generated.

When it comes to finding the most productive candidates for any business, Performia is completely dedicated to making the hiring process easy, effective and highly successful.

Performia in CIS

The Performia Office in CIS, managed and directed by its CEO, Mr. Vladimir Sidorenko, was the first Performia Office to be established by Mr. Marten Runow outside of Sweden, back in 2001. This operation with its base in Moscow has grown rapidly and has now opened up subsidiaries in several locations throughout the Commonwealth.

Performia in Europe

There are numerous Performia Offices throughout Europe and Performia Services are now delivered in Holland, Norway, Finland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Austria, Greece, Turkey and Macedonia in addition to the German and Italian speaking parts of Switzerland.

Performia in Asia

Asia is a new market for Performia but the company has already received a high demand for its services. There are now established offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan and soon to open are Japan and Thailand as well as Mainland China. The Internet system is already fully prepared and translated for all these languages.

Performia in Central and South America

Performia has already opened 2 offices in Central and South America. The first was in Colombia and the second opened in Costa Rica. These offices are quite new but expanding very well.

Further Expansion

Performia is working hard to expand into more countries and this year the target is to have 10 new countries established and thus to reach a total of 28 operative offices before the end of 2008.
